This was a classic addition and remodel project that added 1200 sq ft to the home and remodeled 1000 sq ft of the existing structure. These were repeat clients and the project was on a home that VMC had originally built for them. The added square footage creates a very elegant master bedroom, master retreat, master bathroom and kitchen. Note the bookshelf, secured by a secret latch that opens even when fully loaded with books, to reveal a hidden compartment.
